I’ve tried to take this advice and tell people what’s beautiful about them. I find that nothing feels better than making someone feel good. The days I am struggling to find the good in others are the days that I need to look within and ask what I am struggling with about myself.
If I’m honest, more often than not I find that it is pride and lies that bind me up. 😕 By speaking truth to those lies and laying down that pride at the feet of Jesus – I am free to move on, secure in who God created me to be and able to point out the beautiful things in others.
