Well hello there friend, it’s a pleasure to meet you. If we already know each other, I’ll try to make this introduction interesting ☺️
My name is Christi and over the years I’ve come to realize that there are a myriad of ways to spell it. Most commonly I get asked, “is that with a K or a C?” But realistically, knowing the middle and end of my name are equally as important. I’ve come up with a little way to help solve this problem right out of the gate – because (a) who wants to have their name misspelled and (b) the people pleaser in me would rather not correct people. So, when I say my name is Christi, I follow with – that’s CHRIST with an ‘I’ on the end. And, it makes perfect sense to me because I am a daughter of the King!
But I haven’t always known that. My journey to wholeness has taken me on some rough and winding roads…with enough baggage to weigh down a pack mule. Little by little the LORD has dealt with me so tenderly, revealing truth about the lies I’ve believed about Him, myself and the people in my life.
Over the past 25 years I’ve come to understand a few things that would have made my younger life a lot easier, and more fruitful. These are the things I write about here at Lifetime Remedy. ✍🏻
What makes my hostess’ heart sing is filling the seats at my table, breaking loaves of my homemade bread and lingering over good conversation. I’m fortunate to have married my 4th grade sweetheart whom I share four grown children with, giving us one (so far) grand baby – turning us from Mom and Dad to Gigi and Big Big. ❤️
