Here we are at the end of a year, AND the end of a decade. It has been so entertaining to see the ways people are reflecting on the decade by posting a gif for each year. Facebook has been flashing up images of sweet time with friends and family, places we’ve visited, accomplishments and life changes. Some make me laugh, some make me cry.

I love the end of a year. As a reflective person, reliving special moments from the year fills me with quiet joy and easy rest. Visiting mistakes from the year helps me set new intentions for personal goals and personal relationships.

I want to pose two questions that I have been asking clients in preparation for a new year:
1️⃣ What do you want to let go of from 2019?
・A relationship that brings more downs than ups?
・Cycles of dieting?
・Critical self-talk?
・Discouragement?

2️⃣ What do you want to sow in 2020?
・Self Care?
・Time management?
・Being the best version of yourself?
・New skills that will help you grow into the career path you desire?
・Community?

How about you? As you reflect on the past year, what do you need to let go of that no longer serves you?
What do you want to sow in this new year and new decade?

Philippians 3:13-14 ~ “Forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.”

Happy New Year, dear friend! Lifetime Remedy is grateful to partner with you as you flip the calendar to this new year. 🗓
