Early morning is the best time for me to sit undistracted with the LORD and cast all my cares upon him. With four grown children and their families all over the country, two sets of parents living through a pandemic, work that is still drifting away from normal, and so much destruction and unrest in our country, I have a long list!

I’ve found that if I don’t write out my prayers, the concerns get louder and louder, and my thoughts get to swirling so fast that I get caught up in fear and panic. My heart beats faster. My stomach feels tight. My shoulders are so tense I need to force them to relax.

So I get up before 6 a.m. because I need to hear His voice amidst all this chaos.

This morning after praying, I wrote down what I heard in my spirit, and it seems right to share with you, sisters. It’s a call to action so grab your coffee and buckle up!

“Do not be distracted by evil – do not turn to the right or the left, but keep your eyes and ears on Me. I will direct your path. Call forth what is unseen to real time. Peace is there for you. Call forth the America that abides in truth. Call forth the America that honors peace. Call for the America that puts God on the throne.

Rise up church. Rise up you gates and speak. Rise up sleepers and take your place on the wall.

I call my warriors to use the power of prayer to take back the territory that was handed over because of complacency. Tell your sisters to use their voices to change America. Do not be afraid. Look away from evil. Do not get sucked into a trap of lies that will keep you self-righteous, bound, and afraid.

It’s like the child catcher on Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. What looks good and enticing is the way to captivity.

No more! Awake and live. Return to me and live.

Bring my kingdom to earth instead of wishing it were so. Do not grow weary – instead, pray. Jesus asked Peter and John why they were sleeping and not keeping watch in the Garden.

Wake up! Keep watch!

Take your place on the wall. Now is the time to walk into the battle with your power which is the Holy Spirit. Come to Me and I will give you rest. Not sleep. Not a nap. But peace in knowing who you are and whose you are. Be on guard and stay AWAKE. Use your voice which is your weapon – faith, filled, believing prayer.

Wow! Sisters, we are called to intercede. Let’s rise up, get on the wall, join arms and use our voices to appeal to heaven and tell this mountain of evil and destruction to MOVE.

"I have posted watchmen on your walls, Jerusalem; they will never be silent day or night. You who call on the LORD, give yourselves no rest, "
~ Isaiah 62:6

"He replied, "Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you."
~ Matthew 17:20
